Get in touch

We are here.
Reach out whenever you are ready.

Whether you have a story to share, a question about resources, or a proposal to make, this is where the conversation begins. There is no wrong reason to reach out.

If you are in crisis or need immediate support

The Mind Project does not provide crisis intervention. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please contact emergency services. For mental health crisis support in Kenya, contact Befrienders Kenya: +254 722 178 177 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm). See our full support resources page for services across Africa.

Dear Mind Project

Write to us. Share what you are going through, or ask us anything about mental health.

This is not a crisis line. But our editorial team reads every message and responds personally. For a published Q&A answer from a psychologist, use Dear Psychologist instead. To pitch a story, visit Contribute.

Sharing something personal?

Some exchanges are published, always with your permission, to help others carrying the same thing. Select "Sharing a personal story" below.

Just have a question?

About a condition, medication, therapy, or anything you've read on the site, we're happy to help. Select "Question about mental health resources" below.

Send us a message

Use this form for any enquiry. We will respond within 1-2 business days. This form is not monitored for crisis situations, please see the support banner above if you need urgent help.

Send us your feedback

Your feedback helps us make this a clearer, kinder, and more useful resource. Share a comment, suggest something we could add, or let us know if you spot a mistake or a broken link. Only the message is required. Sharing your email is optional, and only needed if you would like a reply.

We read every message, but we may not be able to reply to all of them. Thank you for helping us improve.
